Das klingt erst mal technisch, ist für die spätere Wohlfühlatmosphäre im Raum aber absolut entscheidend. Und das Beste: Sie ist ein echtes Multitasking-Talent! Alle Spots für das perfekte Licht, die Zu- und Abluft sowie die Klimaanlage sind bereits nahtlos darin integriert. Während oben alles sitzt, geht es am Boden direkt weiter: Der Gastraum wird jetzt gefliest, und an den Wänden zieht die finale Farbe ein. Right now, it feels like everything is happening all at once on our construction site. We’ve taken another massive step forward! Top-notch above – and beautiful below! A major project from the past few weeks is almost complete: our acoustic ceiling is pretty much done. It might sound highly technical at first, but it is absolutely crucial for the cozy atmosphere we want to create in the room. Best of all, it’s a true multitasking talent! All the spotlights for the perfect lighting, the air supply and exhaust, as well as the air conditioning system, are already seamlessly integrated into it. While everything is set up high, work continues right on the ground: the dining area is now being tiled, and the final coat of paint is going onto the walls.
