It takes less and less imagination at our construction site in Girlan, as the vision of mar.iel becomes more of a reality every single day. Our craftsmen are working at full speed, and you can already truly feel the future atmosphere inside.
An absolute highlight is being installed at this very moment: our windows! From the outside, they blend in elegantly and subtly, but on the inside, they surprise with a matte gold tone that already lends the space an incredibly sophisticated touch. Perfectly matching, the walls shine in their final color, the ceiling looks flawless, and all the floors are fully tiled and grouted. Even in the heart of our venue—the kitchen—everything is taking shape: the extractor hood is already securely in place.
There is also plenty of progress happening behind the scenes and outdoors. While the technical systems for ventilation, air conditioning, and the cozy underfloor heating are being connected in the background, the outdoor terrace is almost finished. Even the new entrance ramp is complete and waiting for our first guests.
And the pace remains high: next up, the terrace will get its roof and railings, and the exterior facade will receive its final coat of paint. Inside, the carpenter will start setting up the custom interior fittings next week—and our new bar counter is already busy in production at the same time.
We are slowly turning into the home stretch toward December and love sharing every little milestone with you!
